In celebration of Black History Month, Miller Thomson will again be hosting Illuminate! A Night Showcasing Toronto’s Black Artists on February 13, 2020 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m at our Toronto office. This event is a celebration of the contributions black artists have made to Toronto’s thriving arts scene as well as a demonstration of Miller Thomson’s commitment to supporting Canada’s diverse communities.

Illuminate! will feature an art exhibit and live musical performance in our Toronto office. The art work will be exhibited in our boardrooms and reception area, and will be curated in partnership with the Nia Centre for the Arts, a Toronto-based non-profit dedicated to promoting, supporting and showcasing arts from across the African diaspora.

The event will also feature live performances by exceptionally talented students of the Regent Park School of Music.  Additionally, an artist will complete a live painting in our reception area over the course of the evening to compliment the live performances and overall ambience of the event. Finally, canapés will be provided by one of Toronto’s premier caterers, specializing in creative Caribbean cuisine.

 Illuminate! is an opportunity for you to invite your clients and contacts to enjoy a showcase of art by various Toronto artists.  You and your guests will also have the opportunity to speak to the artists featured at the event.
